President
Bergman Edward, a former standout on the basketball court, brings a rich history of sports excellence to his career in sports management. His impressive journey includes representing the Canadian Men's National Basketball Team and earning coveted MVP accolades during his college years. Bergman's playing career was punctuated by remarkable achievements at the NJCAA D1 level, where he received both 1st and 2nd team All-American honours. Subsequently, he pursued his education at Northeastern University, where he focused on earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree while competing at the NCAA D1 level.

With over 15 years of experience working in various aspects of the sports industry, Bergman Edward made a pivotal transition in 2014. He became a certified FIBA Agent, leveraging his deep understanding of the sports world to represent athletes and guide them towards their own paths of success.

Richard Perth
VP Sports and Entertainment Agent
Richard Peart, known by his alias "R.I.C.H Prince," hails from Scarborough, Ontario, with deep Jamaican roots. His upbringing was in the vibrant Greater Toronto Area (GTA), specifically in Durham, Ontario. Following a return to Scarborough, Rich embarked on a journey in the world of modeling and acting, working with renowned Toronto agencies in the realms of film and television.

Simultaneously, Rich pursued education at the CBC School for Business Management and Entertainment. Here, he had the invaluable opportunity to learn from Michael Williams, the illustrious host of Much Music's "Rap City." Rich's diverse experiences in the entertainment industry, combined with his solid foundation in business education, paved the way for him to venture into artist management. He took on the responsibility of representing talented DJs and orchestrating promotional events across the expansive GTA.

Rich's efforts transcended geographical boundaries, reaching communities as far-reaching as Durham, Hamilton, and neighboring regions. In doing so, he firmly established Oshawa as a significant player in the GTA's vibrant entertainment scene. His extensive network, spanning both local and international circles, has enabled him to cultivate connections and foster collaborations on a global scale.

Stan Divranos
Trainer
Stan Divranos is a highly certified personal trainer with an impressive two-decade tenure in the field. His journey into fitness and training was shaped by his remarkable basketball career, which began during his college years. Stan showcased his athletic prowess at UC Irvine and Butte Community College, where he earned the coveted All-Conference honors.

Following a redshirt year at Central Michigan, Stan completed his college basketball journey at Lewis-Clark State College, where he garnered academy recognition for his exceptional performance. His roots in sports excellence trace back to his high school days at Henry Street High School, where he stood out as a star athlete.

Originally from Durham, Ontario, Canada, which is now a part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Stan has made Chino, California his current home. Here, he passionately dedicates himself to training athletes across a wide spectrum, from high school prospects to seasoned professionals. Stan's training expertise encompasses strength, speed, and quickness development, skill enhancement, flexibility training, hydration optimization, and the holistic mental and physical aspects of competitive sports.
